HUTCH Oh my God!!!

I am writing this feedback after waiting for 8 months for hutch to improve its service.I took 2 post paid corporate connection in May 06 in Chennai. I started facing problems within a week form the connection. My calls would be dropped suddenly, the voice would break and it would be difficult to communicate with people. I raise this issue several time through their call centre, I spoke to the Corporate sales Rep, wrote mails to hutch, the only reply I would get is "Sir we r working on the network and it would soon rectified. IN these 8 months no body called me from hutch to enquire about the service but I sincerely kept paying theirs regularly without delays.


Finally then I decided to switch to Airtel ( I was using Airtel before Hutch) you can imagine the amount of inconvenience I am going through after changing the No. I wish TRAI brings out a regulation that telephone NOs should no longer be proprietary of any service provider. like in UK where your No does not change even you change the service provider.Hutch also will give you faulty bills. One day a hutch rep called me to say that hutch is providing caller tunes for a month free of cost. If I decide to continue after that I would have to pay for the same. I promptly cancelled the caller tune before 30 days.


I assumed that they would bill correctly and I did not notice that they were charging for the same even after cancellation.According to bill plan I am entitled to 200 free nation and local SMS. When I went back to review my earlier bills I saw they have charged Rs2 per sms from 31/12/06 I wonder why?So guys my honest advice to those who have already fallen in the clutches of Hutch pl check out your bills correctly and for those who are deciding to take a connection in Chennai PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR HUTCH IN CHENNAI.
