Am having 3 Vodafone Postpaid numbers for past 2 years with overall bill 1500 to 2000 per month for 3 numbers.
I found out lot of wrongly billed amount in the bills. Yes I agree, they will revert the wrongly billed amount. until you fight with CC and keep on calling them to get your amount back.
If you don’t find it out, you will cheated gently without your knowledge.Check your bill top to bottom, am sure you will find one.
Overall my review:
Network 1/5(cross talking, call disconnection, long dial tone before ringing)
Billing 0/5( wrong billing, poor billing CC, no waiver charge until you MNP to other network)
Customer Care 2/5( No Comments)
4. Plans 2/5( will keep on increase every month)
