Real funny conversation going on between me and Vodafone Delhi Nodal office along with Delhi Appellate office since 25th June.
There is no one as nodal officer or appellate officer to read your mail and instead multiple call centres are running on their names. In these call centres nobody has time to read customers issue and write a mail on the basis of that. All are using some software to catch key words in customers mail and reply by copy pasting a script. Even they dont know meaning of "Good bye Vodafone":):):)
