Vodafone is not good as it was. There is no uses of vodafone. The network coverage is very low in our location. It show very low network. And it always get off the network. It never work good. And other one that the customer services are also helpless. They don’t want to listen us. They don’t listen custoemes and also not work like that. The customer care are very lazy. They only speak some better lines just because there calls are recorded. If they will not record then they will talk like they are kings, where no value of us.
Charges and billing is also not good. they deduct extra charges even we do not activate any service. Billing is also too high. Tariff and other recharges all are so costly. They should be lesser like aircel.
If someone is buying this then don’t buy this. Buy aricel it have all features as we expected like good network, good charges and billing and also a great service of customer cares.
