I had called them that I have not been given the 347 1GB/Day pack, On which their customer care agent spoke extremely rudely and said that I should use some other network. They are the most pathetic and ungrateful people out there in telecom industry, Everyone has been availed this common offer except me.I’m surely going to port to other network. Vodafone has made my work life hard due to their lack of offers and irresponsive and rude agents. This is blatant injustice that I have not been given offer which makes me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with cheap tactics of vodafone.
