My no. 9711293087 is deactivated from last 10 days which I bought as Genpact corporate connection. When I called customer care(C.C) I was told my address verification was negative, When I asked Customer care.
I never received any call for verification or no one has came to my home to do verification then how it could be negative. They dont have answer to it. So on suggestion of C.C I raised request "204898278" for re-verification and told them to give me call on my alternate no. 9899182506 before coming for verification, also mentioned that I am only available at home on weekends so do a verification on Saturday or Sunday, but after three days when I asked C.C about verification status they said again verification was negative. I dont understand how Vodafone verification works, I did not get any call for verification then how your guys can mark the verification as negative.
Seems like to avoid the effort of verification, they are simply marking it as negative. This is really frustrating. I have now raised a complain "206180486". Still there is no update. I am not able to use this no from last 10 days any not sure how long its going to take. Does Vodafone have any proper channel to expedite & fix the verification process. This is annoying that just because your verification guys dont work properly, customers are paying the cost. Can you help on this. Call me on Alternate no. 9899182506 for any more information.
I have sent this above mail to Vodafone 3 days back still no response. Annoying, frustrated with un-responsive Vodafone service.
