It’s shame for Vodafone India and they literally harsh their customer, behaviour of Vodafone employees are worst than sarkari karmchari, they literally talk absolute nonsense, with God grace only they are running their business . I am Using Vodafone corporate connection 9920059990 and when I asked to disconnect my old no 9920056990 on 15 the Feb via Ref No. 160978524, it’s surprise to know, my number is still active and I m still receiving bills. I spoke to T. Ls and Nodel officers too repeatedly on 10th March, 15th Mar and again twice today but all response is useless.
Recommend my friends not to use such a poor n unprofessional service provider.
