Vodafones internet services are thoroughly unreliable. As a customer you will feel frustrated and cheated.
We avail of their internet service both via our iPhone connection and theirdongle. The internet connection does not work roughly half the time. The connectivity is particularly bad at night. The whole experience is very frustrating.
If you call for help and information on Vodafones 111 helpline number you are greeted by their staff who appear badly informed. They never seem to know why the network connectivity is down or slow and instead give you vague, misleading answers or blame their management and other teams. They appear very helpless and unhelpful. On top of that they seem very poorly trained in basic speaking and customer handling.
I have used Vodafone overseas too. In India, their service standards are very poor. They probably think that they can get away in India with bad services and customer care.
