I am a valuable vodafone postpaid customer since feb 2013 and my no is 8377017123,
I have a issues regarding the billing discrepancies and compliant for the same complaint id : 2379516676.
Well the experience is horrible and after wasting so much time with their customer care and mailing them, I didn’t received any positive response.
So I am making you aware about using postpaid plans of vodafone and if you use them then do check your postpaid bill break up thoroughly as in my case I have been charged three times my actual call rate per minute on two of the no. Which I frequently used to call and my complaint was not entertained at all.
