I regretfully submit this complaint about unethical and unprofessional conduct by Vodafone. In the last 30 days, there have been two occasions when a obscure service called’Tiny TV’ has been subscribed to from by Phone Account(8469224573) without my consent and Rs 77 deducted from my balance by Vodafone.
When I called the customer care, the rep kept on repeating "i am sorry" as though he was used to this sort of complaint and offered no redressal or refund.
I have clearly instructed the cheats at Vodafone to stop all third party payments from my account unless I call and ask them to, yet they profess impotence and innocence whilst stealing customers of cash.
I request all readers to give this complaint wide publicity and expose the nexus with third party fraud companies that Vodafone has to cheat customers of their balance.
