I am using Hutch from past 3 year which had excellent service. I was expecting a even better service when Vodafone took over.
But all got reduced when it got changed over to Vodafone. I am from Bangalore, and I don’t get proper signal in the core of the city. Sometimes, if I try to call when I am at home, It gets linked to a third unknown person’s number who is already talking with some other person and I am charged for the call. The Vodafone customer service assures that this technical problem will be fixed in a week. It had already been 7-8 weeks and hasn’t yet fixed.
Even when I use the GPRS, The connection signal is horrible. I haven’t faced these issues when it was Hutch.
They even haven’t changed the signal name from Hutch to Vodafone and trying to fix it..Since I am a Business person, I can’t go to other service provider since I have given my number to many people.
But don’t know when I loose my patience :(
