Vodafone was nice network operator before but from few months I’m facing a lot of problems with them. They activate VAS without my permission .when I call the custmore service they said its ur fault u activate it urself. I said them to deactivate them all and the deactivated them too.
But after few days they activate it again when I call they don’t pickup my phone and not connected. I call them daily but they never answer. I’m feeling very disappointed about their service. I dont understand what should I do now. They don’t provide any number to deactivate that services manually. How can they activate any unwanted VAS without our permission I’m going to change my connection now.
