Vodafone ! @#/&$^
You got it, that is what is going through my mind, when I am seeing or hearing that name.
I had been a very happy Hutch Post Paid Customer, then those #@$#%#$ took over. Since then PROBLEMS started.
Hutch used to to charge my credit card and I never had issues with billing or whatsoever. All the problems started when Vodafone take over.
I had started seeing charges that I had never been charged before.
Online Itemized Billing (Hutch dont charge for online copy), Vodafone does.
CLIP (Caller Line Identification - I was told) charges ( Hutch never charged me) , vodafone did.
Mobile Connect (899/month) - I never applied for that service.
In short I had been charged more 125/- - 200/- more per month, since Vodafone took over.
I had contacted their customer care and they had assured me those things will be revised. They had given me the service request number also.
This all has happened 2 months back. They had never cared to get back to me or to revise those bills.
I had cancelled the connection and I am planning to sue them.
So my recommendation - Dont ever use VODAFONE - Because they are Greedy, Thieves, and they dont give a damn about their customers.
