I am using the Vodafone mobile operator since 2 years. But since 6 months this mobile operator have a network problems.
NETWORK
This mobile operator have a network problem since 6 months. In my village the Vodafone network is not available. It shows emergency calls all time. It is very bad time for all the villagers who is using the Vodafone mobile operator. I have to go at the roof to call someone.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
I contacted the customer service but they didn’t respond me very well. They said that we are resolving your issue but the issue is not solve at now. I mailed the customer service but they don’t respond me very well. Their reply is not satisfactory.
CHARGES AND BILLING
The charges and billing of this mobile operator is more . I take a loan of Rs10 to call someone for this I have to pay Rs3 extra as an interest for only 24 hours which is more. The callspack of the mobile operator is more.
I recommend you to not use this mobile operators because it has a network issue everywhere in the villages.
