I have had my hutch connection (the same number) for over 6 years, and its been an absolute delight to be a part of the hutch family.
Its a post paid connection, and never have i, had a problem with the connection, except once, when my phone was stolen and the services to my number were not blocked by the customer care despite initial information & repeated requests..
The rogue, as a result, ran up a huge 4-figure bill..
however hutch took note of my subsequent complaints and got all of the amount waived, within no time.
now, this review is in reponse to that of a certain reliance -turned-hutch customer, (Mr. Abhay Bharti, if u please), who took the **Hutch talk 444** plan..
he complains about getting a bill of Rs.500 despite not making any calls.
all i’d like to say is, he ought to have read the terms and conditions - as an aware customer - and seen that calls made or not, the minimum billing amount would be Rs. 500
this wld give him 444 minutes of talk time and 444 msgs free, post which calls & SMSs would be available at cheaper rates..
*But the average indian consumer, continue(s) to be below average..ready to flaunt the flashiest handset with the tackiest of ringtones..not aware of how his talk plan works..
Sad story, must admit..**
I**ts funnily interesting and weirdly unbecoming** on the part of such ignorant customers to malign a company that’s been the best so far, by a mile..
i think its high time hutch trimmed their customer list down to the elite few and stopped bringing anyone and everyone on baord.
Anyways guess this does it..
