Odafone is a very bad network and the customer service is bad as them. When you cal customer service they kep switching you from one dept to another.


Looks like that’s all they trained for jus let the customers stay online as they customer service is not free.so that’s the way of making money.


When I ported my number from bpl to Vodafone I was offered 10 paisa caln which wasn’t told to me that it will be for a limited period.infact I was told by Cus Service it’s sumthn given to me for porting my number and won’t chnge.now my calls rates have increased as per Vodafone call rates. The Internet rates have also been raised drastically.


Hence iv discontinued using Vodafone Internet N put a WiFi conection at home.but Vodafone can’t see that to. They kep deducting money evryday without having my mobile data on.and widout using there Internet. Bad experience with Vodafone would not recommend anyone to go for this network they try making money in evry way they can rite up from caling Cus Service til everything you do they try deducting money.and when u cal Cus Service for help theres no one ready to help al they’ll do is jus conect u from 1 dept to the other.and at the end put u on some recorded machine.horrible. Wil be portin my number soon.
