This is to inform you that I am fed up of the services of the vodafone . Yesterday I visited to the Head store Located in Gurgaon Sector - 14 . Your Agent has giving me the incorrect information and doesnt taking the request to Prepaid my Vodafone number.
I have given the request to prepaid my no. 99996500003 . Your Agent Named RAJESH doesnt know how to speak with the customer . Giving the incorrect information thus, My Experience with Vodafone is worst So, right now I want to change my All the vodafone number into Airtel due to bad experience . Your Agent has not taken the request to( P to P) prepaid to postpaid my number.
And behaving like I am doing his job . I requested you to get back on this today itself otherwise I am putting this complaint to AKOSHA( consumer forum) & mouth shut . and I am also having the audio that he is behaving with me asking for the some amount of money for taking the request.
Why should I pay the money extra, also I have been given the payment that is UNBILLED I have paid that unbilled also, then why should I pay them extra askin for near by 100 rupees . So . request you to get back on this today itself Or tell me the procedure to PORT my number into Airtel.
If you didnt get back to this today itself . then I Request you to please mail me the procedure to port all of these my number . Worst service of the vodafone.
