Just received a call on my vodafone prepaid number 9873631753. one girl called me and said that I have raised request for postpaid . However I didn’t raised any request so far.
I told that called that I haven’t any request and her tone became harsh and started arguing with me. later she put my call on hold and after 6 min of hold she abused me CH*iya and disconnected the call before I could saying anything.
I contacted your customer care to check the call logs however they said that they dont have any data so far.
What kind of customer service your giving to customer.
