I am a Vodafone corporate customer for the last 12 years and came across a number of incidents where their customer service was worst. Recent example is, when I requested for Micro SIM on 10th June, 2013 through customer care and they promised me to deliver it within 24 hrs and now 144 hrs are happened and they couldnt deliver yet.
One disgusting thing, I have found from customer care that they dont have process or system to track dispatch so they cant tell me the delivery status. It is ridiculous and worst service by a company who claims bigger customer satisfaction. I wouldnt recommend it to anybody and will report this matter to TRAI.
