About 111 - Customer care - Vodafone

The words from the customer care team are not valuable one and the support is also bad.


Due to the bad response I forced to terminate my account which was using for last four years.As per the reply from 111, I used one account with rate cutting plan, but in the billing it was not there and they forced me to make the payment. After that they dropped the line without providing proper support . They are not ready to track the payment details related to the number to check the nature of the customer.


This is my first experience which felt bad from a support team.
