I stay in Banjara hills and vodafone provides the worst coverage. My phone is always showing emergency calls only and it loses out on the signals. Vodafone customer care is ok, there is too much waiting time. I had paid bill via paytm and they did not even send me an email acknowledging that they have recieved 700 rupees from my side.
Upon trying live chat on their website, they flood me with hundreds of security questions before they can tell me if they have recieved the bill. They wasted my 30 minutes and provide poor coverage. Don’t use Vodafone, switch your network.
