Worst Service From Hutch

Hello everybody! This is my first review in mouthshut. Hope this will be useful.

i have a strong soft corner towards hutch. If somebody complains about it’s service I often compromise them...but one time I have faced a terrible problem where I just throwed away both my sim and soft corner towards hutch.

Actually I have taken a post paid connection of hutch. for few days I never found any problems reg. calls and signals. But suddenly after 15 days of connection....i just got an SMS stating that I have exceeded my credit limit and that I have to pay 9970/- as interim amount to enjoy the service. I was terribly shocked and confused. First thing is that if 9970/- is interim amount...then what will be my total outstanding!. I can’t able to understand how a person can use for more than 10000/- Rs. just in 15 days and how a service provider can give credit limit of 10000/- in a post paid connection. They have stopped all my incomming and outgoing calls completely without any prior enquiry or information. When enquired to customer care I just spoke with an useless nut called daniel, who claims that he is the senior most executive, and he also confirmed that the bill reflects an amount of Rs.9970/- and that I have to pay it immediately to resume the service. He further told me that if proved that I have used to that extent, I have to settle the amount immediately. It was very disguesting to hear it from a senior most executive. He almost spoke as if he was challenging me. After that I went to adyar branch and met Ms. Sangeetha, who is looking after billing problems. When enquired she told me that at that moment she could not get any information reg this. and also told that my account is showing nil balance. I just coud not able to understand what’s going on with billing dept and with hutch in general. Even when they solved the problem stating that it’s a false sms and told me to just ignore it....the problem of billing continues every weak by weak. I was totally exhausted calling their customer care guys. But they are just asking for some blame excueses.. and I have just decided to throw away the sim and started using other service provider.
