My father is a Vodafone postpaid customer, He do not call and massage too much and never use the internet services of Vodafone. But monthly Vodafone postpaid bill is too much.
The customer care executive is not answering properly. In my town, the mini store of Vodafone is transfer to a bad person. I want to change in prepaid. But the Vodafone customer care is not processing about this and every month I paid bill is waste. The mini store director is not responsible about his work and do not port my number in prepaid .
Bad service of Vodafone
