Today i’m going to review about my experience with vodafone mobile operator.
I have been using vodafone since 2007, I started with corporate offer, they were giving very good offers and network was also very good.
I was very happy with the offers they were providing, but problem has started from last 2 years, I changed from corporate offer to normal post paid offer, no proper network coverage especially in roaming. Network is showing cross mark all the time in roaming.
Suddenly network comes and immediately it goes.
Their customer service is also very bad, those executives does not know any thing. Once I had a chat conversation with one of their executives regarding aadhar card linking, he/she told u can go to any of the vodafone outlets and update ur details irrespective of state and circle.
Mine comes under karnataka circle, as I went to my native, thought of updating there, went to one of the vodafone outlets in vijayawada and waited for so much time, finally they told I have to update my details only in karnataka circle.
One more bad experience, they are charging 100₹ in my bill for activating value added services, which I never activated.
If possible please avoid vodafone mobile operator.
