I had opted for Vodafone recently and that was the biggest mistake I have done in my life. I am continuously marking emails to Nodal and appellate officers of delhi no one turned up since 18/08/13. So I think they bloody have lots of customers so it does not matters if one customer is surviving.
Trust me currently I am using Aircel in Delhi.I can understand that their are some issue in the connectivity. But they actually have a team for customer support who revert in given time frame and please note with in promised time frame.
Vodafone after being the bigger boy have some problems. Hope they will respond timely or I have to say no and close the numbers.
