I have been a vodafone user from the 29th October - 2009. I am Okay with their service. As I Am a prepaid customer, I can’t tell much about their billing services (sorry fr that) But I’d like 2 point out that now. 2012 as vodafone has expanded manifold over India, services have improved a bit actually.
The customer care really helps me every time I have a problem, but as I live on fst floor -Network Poor-but cant blame them though. I also tried docomo for some time- prices very good- network bad- can’t get even a single network stick on my floor- which I could get on vodafone- SO for me - vodafone is good service and u can apply:-)
Best Part- AWESOME DATA PLANS AND OFFERS AWAIT ME END OF EVERY MONTH!
