Previously I was with Airtel prepaid for more than 9.5 years. Later I have switched to Vodafone postpaid 6 months before.
I am experiencing worst internet connectivity and speed. Out of 2 GB, i am able to use 800 or 900 MB only. Remaining more than one GB data is getting wasted. This is because of poor internet connectivity and speed.
I am residing at Ramapuram, Chennai. One of the main part of Chennai, located near to DLF tech park. This is almost a densely populated area where Vodafone failed to grab the customers.
When i approached Vodafone store in Porur they are requesting me to buy 4G SIM, where my Handset wont support 4G at all. But they are not understanding my problem, and promoting 4G.
