Vodafone most expensive

Since the time Hutch has been taken over by Vodafone in Mumbai, the services have gone from good to bad to worst. I am using prepaid from last seven years it is the only operator that is very expensive they are not introducing an plan which everyone can afford. There isn’t a day when the network works is fine. It’s always cracking, distorted and very unclear. You just get what the person on the other end is trying to say and you have to keep repeating yourself every time coz your voice is not clear and audible. Network fluctuations  really bad. I keep my phone on all the time, except that I just reboot it after I have charged it. But most of the times I get to hear that my phone is not reachable.

I just cannot complete a call without a call drop. There has to be a call drop every two minutes. None of my calls are complete without it. And anytime I try calling anybody I can’t get through the first time. I have to try atleast twice before my call would get connected.

if you want to activate miss call alert services that also they charged I think their should be some plans that they should do free a they had introduce bonus card in local 35 sms pack in festical holidays they charged full rates what the point of using bonus card same with one year validity call plans like recharge with 51Rs in that 50paise for std & to any local calls 40paise to vodafone & for every first call they charge 1rs so I think vodafone should reduces their call cost & introduce some sms plan, Call plans & network problem issues. I cant save my pocket money at all

I have been seriously waiting for the option where I can keep my number but change the service provider.
