I am Mohan from Tamilnadu. I was in Advantage 349 plan, where I get 2000 local mobile minutes and 200 Local sms. After limit, the charges were 30 Paise for all mobiles. All of a sudden, they changed my plan to 399 increasing my rentals by 50 Rs and also changing tariff from 30 Paise to 50 Paise for other mobiles. An increase of 20 Paise per minute.
All this has happened without a single intimation. Vodafone doesn’t have the courtesy to intimate any plan change.Neither a phone nor an sms for that matter. When you want to steal my money just inform me and lets see who is smarter. Stealing without my knowledge amounts to fraud and the same if done by an ordinary citizen would land him in jail. Have guts to inform your user so that he can decide whether to stay in the network or leave. My number: 720007xxxx
