Vodafone services and network coverage is everywhere at any remote location. Major advantage is the bonus provided by the Vodafone at as the use on the Vodafone network. Vodafone gives little bonus at every recharge.
Vodafone also have one of the budget data plans and roaming services.But Vodafone customer services is no much good even not satisfactory,
Vodafone has got to be the worst in providing customer service. The staff are mostly incomprehensible, resulting in extraordinarily long’chat line’ periods. Billing errors are not corrected in subsequent billing statements, in spite of agreeing the corrections required with staff. Promises of compensation by adding credits to subsequent bills are not made and subsequent discussions on this reveals no record of such promises made!
What is worse in all of this, is also the time I have taken to write two separate letters to the Customer Relations Manger; 23rd Jan and 04th Feb which have still not been responded to. This is one company I will not be renewing my family’s mob phone contracts with.
