Vodafone have become worst network in surat. At the time of emergency it shows zero network. Even after complaining many time they are not listening to it. They ask me to change mobile, clear temporary file and makes a lot of other excuses. One of their executive asked me to submit speed test screenshot. I asked him that at no place in surat their network is working but these people think that a customer can be fooled for all time. Vodafone sends us message that they are giving 8 to 10 gb free but when we cannot use even 500 mb due to their worst network, how they can cheat us. The company know that their service have become worst and they are even charging for internet but no improvement in service. I have applied for port. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have been using it for 5 years but now enough is enough.
