Old sytems and bad service

Have used vodafone in NCR region and punjab region as well. Prepaid tariffs are too high though each service providers’ tariffs are on peak but vodafone really high prices of plans and as compared to its competitors. Coming to postpaid the prices are fine as going with the trend. Comparing it to other networks The difference is there and vodafone’s prices are quite high but its okay since the internet speed and other services they are providing are good.


But yeah now comes the main part about the customer support service. I have a habit of changing operators. Trying new things. Going with new plans always. Trying 4g of the operators that are providing later. In NCR while porting my number I had a talk with customer care of vodafone. As its the habits of companies to convince their customers ad provide them with better plans. So was I convinced since they promised to give me 1.5GB of 3G and then unlimited 2G at my existing plan price. So I told them that I’m okay with this and I will continue but the other day they call me change their statements and when I try to explain them they were not ready to agree . I even said check your recordings but still they were not ready to agree to this thing that was promised by them only just a day before. They harassed me alot while this thing.


The other one, now I am in chandigarh again. Ported my number here in Vodafone through MNP since now a days we are having benefits of inter state MNP. After seven days my number was active. No issues as of now. But then comes the verification guy at my place. I showed him all my original proofs gave each and every detail clearly and everything was okay! A message came to me after 2 days or so that my verification was negative please visit voda store. So I was worried and went. They checked their systems, and no update they said everything is fine. Nothing is showing here as such. I said I dont want any harassment do check properly. So I came back satisfied. After 2 days I again went if everything is okay beacause I dont want them to bar me from the services since my verification was negative but again no update in their systems. Then the next day itself my outgoing was barred. So as soon as I got to know this I went to the store and they told that they have closed their systems and they cant do anything now though I went on time before 7:30. Really disappointing since it was friday and stores were to be closed on sat and sun and my outgoing services were barred. On monday incoming services as well barred and went to store. Damn! still no update in their systems. called customer care and they said the verification was negative but we dont know the reason yet. Lets wait for the reason and then only we can resolve the issue. I said fine and now 2 days have passed they old me that you did not showed any proof to the guy who came for verification. I dont know what kind of work they are doing. Harassing their genuine customers. Really disappointed this time and as of now been 5 days no resolution
