I have converted my vodafone no from prepaid to post-paid by paying 250/ rs. Now today i went to vodafone store to migrate to prepaid, they denied to refund or adjustment of security 250. But they told me at the time of migration that this amount can be adjusted or refunded after 3 months. So guys, be careful. Don’t give chance to vodafone to cheat you. They are cheater.
They are in india to take hard-earned money of indians by cheating. I think how could they refuse to refund that amount. Yet i was not requesting for refund. I wanted to adjust that amount against outstanding amount. Even their customer care dept is also very poor. Their employees are working for just salary and to cheat people, not for customer satisfaction.
Finally, I can say that they will be happy to cheat you not to help you.
