I am using Vodafone for nearly 8 year because the network coverage is good. Only one part sucks is Vodafone offers and their hidden charges.
I got a call from Vodafone customer care offering me a low package plan with lots of good benefits, I agreed to it coz I was paying more and the offer was limited.
Few days later I got some network issues, so called up the customer care. To my shock I realized they have changed my entire plan which I was not aware about it.
What all the offers they offered to m, was just on call and nothing was implemented. In fact, they have changed my monthly plan to thrice what I was paying earlier. I got so irritated and asked them to change my plan to previous one.
Another shock came when I saw my bill, it was more than 2200/- when I inquired about it they started saying I have changed the plan and so many other things which even I don’t know they charged me for it. I was so pissed off with the hidden costs they charged me with.
