Poor cust care of Vodafone

I was using 3G trial services of vodafone which got expired on 10th April and within two days balance went into minus (around 600 rs).


When I notice it I recharged the cell immediately plus with 95 rs GPRS card too(will go in vein after 30 days as i’m not able to use it) from That day Neither GPRS nor 3G service is working on my cell.


I have logged severl complaints to vodafone care. they have poorset skilled peoples sitting there. They use to repeat the same stupid saying reset your phone, pull out sim reinsert.send sms for the setting blah blah blah...even I after telling that I have done it several times.


I am totaly fadeup with this kind of service.


Moreover My no has been blocked on IVR so I can not talk cust care unless I use any other no.


There seems to be some techincal glitches with my connection which they are unable to understand.


I have checked my sim with other vodafone no. and its working fine, dont know why they dontundertsand the problem, one representative told me that there is fault in your cell show it to service center.


Wish! I can change the operator(not completed 90 days till now).
