Wrong postpaid bill sent

Hi,


This is Sanjay and my vodafone mobile number is 8860223223 and registered mail Id is sanjaytiwaribhu@gmail.com. This concern is about the several conversations between me and the vodafone executives, the details of which are as follows:-


I was surfing the internet on 30th November 2013 some around 1.30 AM and by mistake I clicked on some ad and at the same time I called Vodafone executive Rakesh(Interaction ID -551709476) and let him know about this and he confirmed me on the call that no such service is been activated on your number. I confirmed with him couple of times and he confirmed me the same, He said since you’ve called us within 12 hrs from the message you received from the services alert,  it will not be charged to you in your billing cycle because I took your request. He then advised me to call vodafone back for the confirmation if you have doubt.


As advised by Mr. Rakesh, I called Vodafone at noon(30th November 2013) and had a word with Mr. Sandeep


(Interaction ID-551430587). I again let him know the entire story and he confirmed the same as confirmed by Mr. Rakesh in last conversation. He also confirmed me if  such charges will included in your bill then would be reversible to you.


Today, I received the bill on my mail ID and the charges are included in that. So I called the vodafone executive for clarification on the bill. Call was disconnected by the executive without giving any clarification. Again, I called and Miss Bhavna received the call and transferred to the floor supervisor, Mr. Prince(Interaction ID-556002270). I requested him to provide the clarification on the bill that why this has been added to the bill, when I called you on 30th for clarification and vodafone confirmed the same that no such service is activated and charged. Now I came to know as per Mr. Prince that no such request has been made by me and no such resolution was offered to me on 30th.


Now I request you to look into this matter that where is the loophole. If I was promised that no such value will be added to my bill, then why its been added and why the wrong message was given to me. I requested Mr. Prince please listen the recording of conversation between me and vodafone exceutive, But he denied me and told no such request is passed by you and we can’t accept all the words of customer. Now the simple question is you are there to listen to the customer and offer them the resolution. My request to vodafone is to listen to the recordings.
