Hi friends recentally I take a vodafone sim card in 10 rs and the retailer told me that you shoulf to recharge with rs, 21 and you make all out going calls at v2v 10p/m and local + STD @ 15p/m and validity is 90 days when I recharged my no with this pack and start to using it after 2 days it shows me that your pack validity expire and the normal call charge should apply
Now I called the customer care executive and asked him for 90 days pack he told me you recharge with rs 399 at get unlimited calls data 1gb /d
When I recharged my no with this pack after 70 days it shows me that you have not sufficient balance in your account to make out going calls
Now I called again customer care executive and raise this issue but he is unable to resolve my issue and the company automatically activate VAS and deducted balance from main account
The network courage is too low and oftenly call be droped and the voice quality is so bad not should be understand be carefull before purchase a vodafone sim card
