I am using Vodafone sim from last 5 years. It was one of the best cellular company that time and was in a limelight. During the initial time when I was using 3G network the network amd the connection speed was good , the 3g network was almost available everywhere and also the rates were cheaper but talking about the present. I was ok with Vodafone till it didn’t launched its 4G network. As I am using a 4G smartphone my preferd network type is LTE, and in some areas Vodafone had not established its 4G towers so whenever we are in such areas the network automatically becomes zero. Ther is not even a single network bar shown . And one of the major issue with it is that if the sim did not get a 4g connection so it changes its mode from to 3g and to 2g in worst condition. I hate such network problems because during such time we are unable to get any important calls and also are unable to do any call. And most importantly while doing some important jobs online the network falis everytime, Because of such problems I changed my network provider, even though Vodafone has great plans and cheaper too . If the network is full then no one can beat its connection speed, but most of the time network is poor. I prefer not to use it.Talking about customer services they are awesome . They communi with us politely and are very humble , no issues with the customer service. But network problems are worst.I think my opinion helped everyone
