I have been vodafone postpaid customer for 3 yrs. Today i.e. 18-10-2014 I received my bill and I found a charge of 30 rs for downloading some service which I have not used. I m a tech savvy person I use Internet day& night I know for which service I have to pay. I didn’t downloaded any thing yet they have placed charges in my bill. And when I asked for the waiver from customer care. They say it shows in their system so I have to pay that extra charge.
Last month they added 99x4 in my brother’s vodafone bill n bill has been exceeded by 400 rs. My all family members use vodafone postpaid. If they keep on doing same thing. We have to quit from vodafone. As their billing& customer service going pathetic.
