I have been using Vodaone since 2005 in Hyderabad, Post paid, corporate plan. Recently I got transferred to Chennai, took post paid, corporate plan here, I had small billing issue as I had opted to change my plan before my billing date, I have sent an email request to Chennai corporate team, they hardly give any reply, even if they reply they ask to call 111, when we call customer care, oh! man all these guys have their own domicile command & accent. Hardly able to explain & revert back in English. Poor call handling. Compared to Hyderabad team its very strange in metropolitan city, Vodafone is giving this kind of service.
Vodafone is only the Customer service I have seen which has professional standards of Pan India, Chennai team these guys are unprofessional, zero ethics, respect for work & commitment to work.
If management is able to access, set some standards else you would be one among the local players soon.
