Customer support is very bad.

I have an android tablet (HCL ME X1), I went to reliance digital at pinnacle mall, dwarka and contacted the Vodafone representative there and bought a k3770-z model USB Stick from him. Before the purchase we contacted the Vodafone customer care and enquired about its compatibility with the tablet. We were told that it is completely compatible with the HCL Tablet. We made the purchase of the USB Stick and charged it with a data plan (2 GB).


When the stick was activated I connected it to the tablet and did the required settings but was not able to use it. I went to the Vodafone centre at dwarka sector 12, and they asked us to stand out of the office and did not even talk to us, or even allow us in. Although others were being entertained.


When I called the customer care at 111 I was told that they cannot guarantee that the USB stick would work with the HCL Tablet. Surprising, till the purchase was made they told it would work, once it was made they tell they cannot gaurantee that it would work.


Now the USB Stick is not of any use to me and I have wasted 1450 Rs on it. I feel cheated and do not suggest anybody to buy the USB 3G stick or dongle.
