Internet 2G/3G/4G : Mind blowing at times, pathetic the other moment. When you need the most in city outskirts you are greatly ditched by their awesome internet speed.
Moreover if you see 3G network in your device still you get bandwidth equivalent to 2G. Screwed
Bill : Best part, you get charged for what you haven’t ever used. Here comes the customer service part where they are the most understanding and they empathize.
It feels like they knew you’re gonna call them asking for refund and all they say I’m sorry to hear about that we’ll process the refund and then you’re gonna charged for other services which you never opted.
Suggestion : All other service providers are Neck-a-Neck with vodafone, however they have few things better than these high profile thugs. Choose wisely, I have been using vodafone since three years and now happily ported my service to other provider.
