Vodafone is f**kin bullshit.....
By d way, I may be first customer in POSTPAID plans history, to be paying monthly rentals in advance.
Vodafone is charging me with the monthly rentals of the next month in advance.
*purchased card on 15.Aug.2013 for Rs.199 Post Paid plan*
(billing cycle is from 28th to 27th of subsequent months)
*Got first bill on 30.Aug.2013**, which includes monthly rental as follows
15.Aug to 27.Aug (Rs.83.45)
28.Aug to 27.Sep (Rs.199) - This is an advance amount charged. (vodafone: 1 | Me: 0)
*Note:** I had already paid the onetime charges, activation fee (Rs.350 in all) when I had purchased the card.
I talked to the customer care & also visited the Vodafone gallery (Malad-East [station road], Mumbai) from where I had purchased the card. They said the mistake will be rectified in next bill.
*Got the 2nd bill on 30.Sep.2013, ** which includes monthly rental as follows
28.Sep to 27.Oct (Rs.199) - Again an advance amount charged. (vodafone: 2 | Me: 0)
Now my badluck (vodafone: 3 & 4 | Me: 0)
- I may have to pay this bill & the next subsequent bill as well, as I wont be able to port to another service provider, until the card is 90days old.
Can anyone intervene & save me with some by-pass advice in my dilema.
Don’t wanna change my number.
