I have to intimate you all that I am using Vodafone from last 5 years and in between I faced lots of issues. I was using 3 or corporate mobile connections issues are below:-
1) If you are using any corporate connection that connection can be ask to barred by anyone, anyone can call its customer care and just tell them your company name in which you work and on which name SIM has been issued+ your official email ID or the plan you are running with that particular SIM which is common for every colleague to know . They will stop your services and will take a new SIM issuance request. Strange.
2) If you are facing network issue they will not take any complaint and just ask you to wait for a month or more then it or they will ask you just replace your SIM by visiting nearest voda center.
3) Customer care will guide you there is no need to carry any KYC documents photo copy to the center to replace the SIM but when you visit center they will send you back to carry photo state of KYC even they have facilities to make copy of your docs but they will not do so and will ask you to leave.
By visiting their center you guys will get to know that the staff is not least bother to resolve your issues though they will try to feign by giving illogical answers.
