I got two post paid connections of vodafone of a plan 199 per month but after any prior information company changed my plans. In my billing cycle when I saw the bill using internet ( hard copy of which they never delivered to me ) I got shocked that they have change my plan on contacting the customer care they replied that charges were increased by the company we cannot do anything. the second thind happened to me the samsung mobile which I bought with a vodafone internet plan for three months. when I insert the sim I got a msg that congratulations your 3gb data bundle 1 gb per month is start now. I was very happy but shocked when I see my bill. I then contacted cc they reply that this offer was with pre paid you cannot get this offer. It means company’s sofrware was not so good which could not identify between pre paid and post paid and also they have not programmed it only for prepaid sim cards. really it was my bad experience with vodafone for my two postpaid numbers. there was no solutions at cc we have to approach postpaid vodaphone centre for every problem I faced. so according to me it is not so trustable co. they should inform to their customers for any change in plan values. they have provided me a very poor customer service. I disappointed from vodafone and port out my numbers in another telecom service provider
