One of my friend using vodafone, and he is suffering from network speed issue, and when he called them up they lodge a complaint and told him to wait for 5 days, the time that it will take to be resolved and before that date he received a sms from vodafone that his problem has been rectified and if he still facing problem he can call on 198, when he call and told the concerned executive he told him to wait till the desired date, when he asked about if your computer has generated the reply that it has been resolved what action could be taken by them if they have closed the same case as perfectly resolved.


Then the executive told him to wait for 2 more days, and promised that his problem will be resolved and when after two days my friend called to them and told them about his suffering and the problem that wasnt rectified till them, he informed him, that vodafone is suffering in that particular are, for indoor network speed and that problem will be resolved by October, 2017 yes I am writing it again, he told You will have to wait till October, 2017, till that time he will have to pay them for 4G and get the speed of 2G network.


My friend already send the SMS to port out his connection, I do not need to say anything about vodafone, people can decide themselves what to choose, or yes they always can wait till October, 2017. It was reply of the day from vodafone for me. In this fast world our vodafone still walking like a bull-a-cart, and claims supernet 4G, I guess they mistakenly using the digit 4 instead of 2.
