I have been using this network since long as it is my primary number and connected to my bank account.
but from past few weeks I have been experiencing many issues with this network.
Network never stays for long, and yesterday they barred my incoming calls, during this LOCKDOWN I am not able to make payments as details of my transaction, OTP information comes to my vodafone number.
I tried calling customer executive so any times, but no response.
there is no issue of balance or recharge.
on 23rd march I recharged with a top up of rs 40 and today on 8th I did it again with a top up of rs 30.
feeling helpless.
