I am currently residence of delhi. I applied of the new connection on june 19. It the july 2 till now they have not installed. worst part is no response from the team. When I contract with customer support at 198, after a long time the executive there will tell daily it will be done today. that today never came till this date.
so I suggest to go for the other provider and not vodafone for sure
I have cancel my service after great difficult. for cancellation also they very reluctant to do, finally when I used my voice it has been done, I waiting for my refund. I don’t know how many days it take.
