I am using their service for more than 5 years and now I wanted to change my postpaid connection to prepaid as the price of postpaid is unreasonable. The customer support person is asking to visit the Vodafone shop exactly on 13th of the month as that is the billing date. I dont know really what to say to them. I can say prostitutes are more reasonable these days compared to these kinds of corporations.
When I called to customer care executive they dont know how to talk with the customer.
