I am used vodafone network last minimum five years .so now I says that very sadly .
Veodafone supernet 4G is very very slow .some reason .
1- very slow net speed like 2G
2- eavry minut convert 4G to 3G , 2G netwrok atomaticaly
3- and net speed always maximum 6mb/s .
But go slower and slower always.
4- if you want some fast speed than again reconnect eavry two minut
5- if you do some important work when you can not aford refresh page .but only one reasin refreshing page that vodafone net if you use .
COUSTUMER EXPRIENCE -
1 .I I think use my old network net that I use means vodafone so I reacharge net pack and use but net speed is very slow so I contact vodafone customer service and tell my problem than they says some technical problem in my area so take up to one month time in solve my problem .they chat with like good .so I change network and use other .
But afrer three month they give me some offers than I think now its so let use.
2- now I curently use vodafone 4G net with 4G handset .but I facing again same problem net gone aoutimatic slower and slower .and than I reconnect again .
.so finaly today evning time I am contact again vodafone custumer service but now its to bad .they sad somthing but I dont understand .like some understamt they sad use postpad network and call 111 . and they cut my call
also thet transmer my call two time but both excutive do and tell same .very very cheap , lazy and wrost custmer .i dont like this .
I am unhappy with vodafone becaus vodafone my favorite and very old network I nawer think that but very bad .
